The Initial Visit

Our team will do whatever it takes to make every visit to our office a pleasant and relaxed experience. Please allow sufficient travel time to arrive 5-10 minutes early. With all of the information about our practice available on our website, you can feel confident that you and your child are well-prepared for your first appointment. If you desire, you can do a few things to help expedite the appointment. Please provide the following information when you arrive for your visit:

• Any previous Evaluations and/or Assessments (feel free to fax these reports to our office prior to the appointment)
• Completed 'New Patient Forms' for:
  • Initial Developmental Evaluation

Financial Policy 

Developmental Pediatrics of Central Jersey is a fee-for-service practice and does not accept insurance payment. Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card at the time service is rendered. For your convenience, an itemized statement will be provided with all the necessary information required in order for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement, should you choose to do so.
