Appointments
Developmental Pediatrics of Central Jersey takes pride in offering appointment times to accommodate your schedule. Please call our office to schedule any appointments and we will accommodate your desired time to the best of our ability.
The Initial Visit
Our team will do whatever it takes to make every visit to our office a pleasant and relaxed experience. Please allow sufficient travel time to arrive 5-10 minutes early. With all of the information about our practice available on our website, you can feel confident that you and your child are well-prepared for your first appointment. Please provide the following information when you arrive for your visit:
- Any previous Evaluations and/or Assessments (feel free to fax these reports to our office prior to the appointment)
- Completed 'New Patient Forms' for:
Financial Policy
Developmental Pediatrics of Central Jersey is a fee-for-service practice and does not accept insurance payment. Payments may be made by cash, check, health savings or credit card for the full amount at the time service is rendered. For your convenience, an itemized statement will be provided with all the necessary information required for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement, should you choose to do so. Your insurance company may not provide out-of-network benefits therefore you should contact your insurance company prior to your appointment.
